ELIGIBLE CHIEF SPECIAL AGENT MEMBERS:
Occupy most senior-most executive position of a member organization in Southern California whose duties include directing, controlling, and supervising investigations or the industrial (physical) security of a member organization.
Memberships are available to individuals employed full-time in corporate security, investigations, or law enforcement roles. Membership provides immediate involvement in the organization and its programs, including participation in regular general meetings and eligibility for service on the Association’s general committees. Once received, complete our application process, which includes thorough vetting and a mentoring program to ensure alignment with our values and mission.
There are Five
Types of CSAA Memberships
1 General Memberships
Open to individuals who meet CSAA’s professional criteria.
Membership is by invitation or application only. Contact us to learn more about the vetting process.
2 Board Memberships
Association members can be considered for the Board if they: 1) Maintain a Southern California address 2) Perform a majority of their responsibilities in Southern California 3) Supervise or manage their corporation's security organization.
3 Lifetime Memberships
Reserved for Board Members who formally retire from positions qualifying them for membership.
4 Honorary Memberships
Granted to selected federal, state, county, and city law enforcement officials, with Board approval.
5 Trusted Partner Memberships
Open to students in criminal justice, internship or job seekers in the justice field, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors who support CSAA’s mission. Trusted Partners join at the Associate level. Please include your area of interest in CSAA in your application.
